Attack of the Autobots, starring all first season characters in a second 
season episode...

Megatron, with his EI/AD's, brings several Autobots under his control 
(making their eyes glow red) and makes them go blow stuff up and steal 
plans. Jazz and Bumblebee work with the squishies to reverse the 
evilifying effect, and they prevent Megatron from stealing a solar power 
satellite and going to Cybertron with it.

What a dumb episode. But that's ok, you get to see them do the funky 
Space Ghost invisibility thing. You get the impression this episode was 
writte for the first season because none of the Second season standards 
show up (Ramjet or Warpath, for example.)

Scale size problems are slightly resolved here. You get to see Ratchet 
and Hound chase some random scientist through a skyscraper, and they have 
to struggle to get through the cramped human-sized hallways.

Toys they should reissue: (this is where it died when I was typing last...)
Thundercracker (with cruise missiles)
Jetfire/Skyfire/whatever
