The Dinobots Grimlock, Slag, Sludge, Snarl, and Swoop are feeling disagreeable today. They are bored as they sit by a river that runs through Hidden Valley. The Autobot leader Optimus Prime has asked them to keep a lookout there for approaching Decepticons.
     With a flick of his energo-sword, Grimlock flips a stone into the river.
     Sludge grunts. "Me bored. No action." Sludge kicks a rock into the river and splashes Slag.
     "Hey, Slag wet!" yells the irritable Slag. "That make Slag mad!" He gives Sludge a shove, which Sludge returns. The two Dinobots start to fight.
     While the Dinobots argue, push, and shove, they neglect their lookout duties. That is too bad because they miss the sight of the evil Insecticons Bombshell and Kickback approaching from the north.
     Stealthily the Insecticons slip behind a stand of fir trees a hundred feet from the riverbank. Suddenly a ball of fire lights the sky as Bombshell shoots a mortar at the squabbling Dinobots.
