I am a lifelong science and math nerd. I read comics, play Nintendo, and collect Transformers toys. I've lived in western Pennsylvania, central Ohio, Massachusetts, and central Florida. I'm moving back to the Boston area soon!

I chose "camphor tree" for my domain name as a reference to My Neighbor Totoro, one of my favorite films. The Totoros in the film make their home inside a camphor tree, and I've used an image of oh-totoro as my online avatar for years, so, it seemed fitting.
